A few minutes after check-in, the IT system sends an SMS to the guest’s cell phone number with a renewed welcome and the question of whether the room could be occupied to the guest’s satisfaction. During the stay the guest receives information about the gastronomic and wellness offers. After departure, the guest receives an SMS thanking for the stay and asking if everything was to his satisfaction. The guest has the possibility to reply to the messages by phone or SMS at any time. Depending on the type of SMS, the reception desk, for example, receives a corresponding message in order to be able to react.
